Getting to the venue
Fly into Faro airport in Portugal, the best airline is easyJet from London Gatwick. If you’d like to fly with others, we suggest the X:XXam flight from LGW. Once you are in Portugal, Ubers are easy to get from the airport.
Keeping you fuelled
We have arranged dinner & drinks for Friday night, and dinner will follow the ceremony on Saturday. Breakfast is included with your room, so you’ll just need to find lunch both days at one of the Hotel’s three restaurants.
Booking your room
We would like guests to stay on-site so that we can enjoy the full weekend together. We have reserved and subsidised rooms ready for your stay. You’ll need to contact the email below to book your room, priced at €***/night.

We are hosting a small ceremony and therefore we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation.

We've opted for an adults-only celebration to allow everyone to be present and enjoy their time. Children of the family will join us for the ceremony.

Portugal’s beautiful summer weather will hopefully bring us sun and temperature in the high 20s. We will host our ceremony later in the day for cooler temperature and kindly ask that you dress in formal attire with men wearing trousers and smart shoes.

Your presence is the best present for us. If you wish to gift, we’d appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon which we are hoping to visit Africa.

Please avoid phones and pictures in the ceremony, we have brilliant photographers capturing the day. You are more than welcome to take pictures for the rest of the day, but please don’t share them on social media until we have posted.

It is easy to get Ubers from Faro and Vilamoura. However, if you do wish to rent a car, we recommend using Master Kings through Zest and booking in advance for the best deal.
